On the following pages, you can learn more about a career in recruitment with AstraZeneca's HR Staffing function. We're a specialist team with expertise in the fields of selection and assessment, recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing, redeployment, and relocation services.
We employ over 40 staff across our South Manchester/Cheshire and Leicestershire sites, providing professional support to hiring managers across the UK, and managing both internal and external recruitment at all levels.
Our UK HR Staffing team forms part of AstraZeneca's new centralised HR function, providing consultancy and delivery support in the areas of Employment, Reward, Staffing, Learning & Development and Business Partnering.
Our specialist teams are underpinned by a help-desk style Q&A team that provides expert employee and manager support and advice on a range of hr related matters. This also includes a dedicated Staffing Admin team who support the important administrative elements of recruitment campaign delivery as well as candidate care and communication.
